TC Fit Community Walks: Celebrating National Walking Month Together

May was National Walking Month, and here at TC Fit, we were thrilled to celebrate it by bringing our community together for two free community walks! In partnership with TwinSane, our goal was simple: get people moving, meet new friends, and enjoy the fresh air, all while fostering connection and positivity.
Over 300 participants joined us across the two walks, proving that walking isn’t just great for physical health, it’s also a wonderful way to build community. Both walks were designed to be inclusive and child-friendly, making it easy for everyone to take part regardless of age or ability.
The atmosphere was fantastic. Laughter and conversation flowed as people caught up with friends, met new faces, and enjoyed the supportive energy of like-minded individuals. By the end of each walk, participants left feeling lighter, happier, and more connected - not just physically but emotionally too.
